Parent/Student Prom Promise

All Around The County Transportation Services, Inc. also trading as, The Limo Lady has adopted it’s own set of guidelines to ensure the safety of all concerned. We also acknowledge Baltimore County’s Prom Pledge. Both our guidelines and the Prom Promise will be followed. Please download the form below and read carefully. Provide the requested information, and return with a signed contract and deposit (if required).

Driver has the right to inspect any and all bags, backpacks for alcohol, illegal drugs and tobacco products. All bags, back-packs etc will be placed in the cars trunk.
Itinerary needs to be presented to All Around The County/The Limo Lady prior to reservation date.
The adult purchasing the contract or the contact parent must approve any changes in itinerary after departure. Driver will call contact parent or purchaser if passengers request a change.
Driver will provide his/her vehicle cell phone number to the contract purchaser or contact parent.
A contact parent’s name along with phone number MUST be provided to the driver. Contact parent needs to be available by phone for the length of the contract. In the event of a violation or breach of contract, the contact parent will need to provide transportation for the students.
Termination of this contract will occur in the event of ANY violation or breach of contract.
This form (download below) needs to be signed by purchasing adult, contact parent and student and be returned along with reservation contract and deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
