Domestic Flight Arrival BWI Airport – Sedan Service

  • Your driver will monitor your incoming flight, according to the itinerary you provided when your reservation was made.
  • Your driver will greet you at the top of designated pier next to security, near the escalator. He/she will be holding a sign with client’s name (unless otherwise directed by client). In the event you do not see our driver in the designated area, continue to Baggage Claim. (We do allow plenty of travel time for the driver to arrive, but we cannot predict all traffic issues.) The driver will meet you in your airline’s baggage claim area holding a sign with your name. Please feel free to call our office if you have any concerns.
  • Once the client and the driver have met, the driver will proceed to the garage to retrieve the car. The driver will inform you as to the type of car to look for. The client should claim their baggage* and meet the driver and car in front of their airlines’ baggage claim, on the OUTER ROADWAY at curbside.
  • The driver and his/her car need to circle around the outer roadway as instructed by the airport police, until you arrive curbside with your baggage. If, by chance, you see the car driving away, don’t be concerned! The driver will circle and return to the baggage area momentarily.

*We do ask that if you have an extended wait for baggage claim – ie: lost luggage, please call our office so we can notify the driver via cell phone. An extended wait-time will be charged starting 30 minutes after driver and client have met.

International Flight Arrival BWI Airport – Sedan Service

  • Our chauffeur will monitor your incoming flight prior to your scheduled arrival time. We receive up-to-the-minute information* regarding your flight’s arrival time, so in the event of an early or late flight arrival, there is no need to call us – unless you change your flight itinerary.
  • Our chauffeur will arrive 30 minutes after flight arrival, to allow for the time you will spend going through U.S. Customs.
  • The chauffeur will greet you, holding a sign with your name, as you proceed from the Customs area.
