The Limo Lady has a basic policy and procedures document that will be provided as part of our service contract. Please take a moment to review.

Changes in Flight Arrival / Departure:
Airport pickup service between 12:00 AM 6:00 AM will be charged an Early/Late fee and added to your total.  You will be advised of these fees when placing your reservation..

Airport Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. The order will be billed to your credit card if no advanced cancellation is received.  The Limo Lady must be notified of any changes to your travel plans. If no notice is given you will be charged for the entire fee.

No Show by the customer will be charged 100% of service.

Airport/Train Cancellations: 
At least a **2- hour notice of Cancellation for BWI, Penn or BWI Train or MTN, **4-hours (IAD, DCA, PHL) prior to scheduled pick-up time is required.  A cancellation number will be given.   Airport service cancelled more than 2 or 4 hours (see above) prior to scheduled pick-up time will cancel with no cost to client.

**Any reservations with a pick-up time earlier than 9:00 AM must be cancelled by 10:00 PM the previous evening.  A cancellation number will be given.

Reservation Policy:
To reserve one of our vehicles, we need a credit card number in order to place a reservation.  Airport reservations will not be charged until the day service. To pay by cash, our Chauffeur will collect at the time of pick up and the credit card is then used just for reservation purposes.   Deposit is required for all hourly and packaged reservations.  Deposit is non-refundable.  All reservations require a contract.

All Wedding, Prom, Homecoming and New Year’s Eve reservations require a 20% deposit and the balance due charged on the credit card the day before the event or paid in cash at the time of pickup.

Customer Responsibility:
The person who signs for the reservation will be responsible for all guests in your party. Parties causing damage to any of our vehicles during rental will be directly responsible for any and all repairs and excessive cleaning costs. To AVOID any damage please follow this set of guidelines: No Smoking, No feet or shoes on the bar areas, No leaning on the glass HOLDERS, No Standing, No playing with electrical switches, No Reckless Behavior. The card holder assumes all responsibility for the entire party under their contract with The Limo Lady.

Smoking: 
No Smoking in any of our Limos, they are all smoke free. If anyone in the rental party is smoking in the rented vehicle there will be a $300.00 charge to the holder of the contract. Smoking is cause for immediate cancellation of the rental without any refund.

Lost & Found:
The Limo Lady is not responsible for any lost or stolen items at anytime or for any reason. However we will attempt to return any items left behind that we find.

Substitutions:
The Limo Lady reserves the right to substitute an equal or better vehicle at anytime due to uncontrollable circumstances such as mechanical or electrical failures. There will be no additional charges for any necessary vehicle upgrades.

Vomit and Vehicle damage:
In the event anyone gets sick in or on our limousine, there will be a $300.00 Clean-up fee charged to the contract holder’s credit card. The contract holder is also responsible for any damages to the limo regarding broken glasses, electrical or upholstery.  Client will be charged for repairs/replacement.  In addition, if the limo you reserved (used) is unable to perform our next reservation for that vehicle, the contract holder is responsible for revenue loss.

Limo Charges:
The time clock begins when the vehicle arrives at the scheduled pickup time. If you are delayed but have not called previously to adjust your pickup time, the clock will still begin at the originally scheduled time.

Overtime Charges:
HOURLY – Please understand that we cannot guarantee overtime or any hourly reservation!  If we do have availability, the overtime charge is stated on your contract.  Overtime can be collected by your Chauffeur in cash or charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.  Overtime fee will need to be collected before extended service can continue.  Therefore, we do ask that you be watchful of your reserved time.

WAIT-TIME fees for Airport/Train/Flat Transfer:
We do allow a 15-minute grace.  If the vehicle has not departed after the grace period, the client will be charged Wait-Time fees as indicated on your reservation.  Typical fees are $25.00 for each segment of 15-minutes.
